Originally from Nepal, a land where our cuisine stands as a testament to a daily life defined by spices and flavours, we embraced the opportunity to introduce a cuisine that has rapidly captivated the streets of our home country. From savouring noodles tucked away in one corner to relishing Gobi Manchurian in another, our love for fusion cuisine blossomed.
The majestic views of Alberta’s mountains, which make us feel at home, and the warm embrace of Olds City, we felt beckoned to express ourselves in this thriving town that swiftly became our new abode.
